Dolphin Strengthens Board with Infineon and NXP Executives

Dolphin Semiconductor SAS, a semiconductor IP licensor based in Meylan, France, has appointed two prominent industry leaders to its board. Former Infineon executive Robert LeFort has joined as chair, while Shelly Van Dyke, a senior executive at NXP Semiconductors, has been appointed as an independent director. LeFort retired as the President of Infineon Technologies North America in July 2023, having played a significant role in Infineon's acquisition and integration of major companies like International Rectifier and Cypress Semiconductor. Van Dyke serves as vice president of strategy for analog, automotive, and embedded systems at NXP, bringing valuable M&A expertise to Dolphin. These appointments follow that of Claude Jean from Teledyne Imaging in December 2024. Dolphin targets markets such as industrial, high-performance computing, and automotive with its mixed-signal IP designs. The board now includes three members from Jolt Capital, a venture capital firm headquartered in Paris and Montreal, with Pierre Garnier, Maxime Mallet, and Clement Bourgogne.
