Dolomiti Energia Completes Acquisition of 14 Photovoltaic Plants

Dolomiti Energia Group has finalized the acquisition of Hydrowatt Shp's entire share capital from the Epico Group. Hydrowatt Shp holds 14 photovoltaic plants across Marche, Abruzzo, Lazio, and Molise, with a total capacity of 13.1 MW and an enterprise value of around 15 million euros. Ughi e Nunziante provided advisory services throughout the transaction, including due diligence and contractual stages, with a team led by Roberto Leccese. Other team members included Tiziana Fiorella, responsible for regulatory and administrative aspects, and senior associates Pietro Pastorello, Fabio Vignola, and Anna Vanni, among others. Dolomiti Energia plans to explore entering into a distant self-consumption scheme with energy-intensive companies using the acquired plants. The transaction was also closely followed by Dolomiti Energia's internal legal department, led by Fortunata Mazzeo, as well as Epico's legal affairs headed by Mauro Cuzzaniti.
