Dispell Magic, known in the market as Competitoor, has completed the sale of a majority stake in its business to Deda Group, an Italian firm focused on enterprise digitalization. While the majority of shares have transferred to Deda, a minority stake will continue to be held by Dispell Magic's founder, Maximilian Lanaro, and current CEO, Maurizio Catellani. Fivers, a legal and tax advisory firm, played a critical role in this transaction, providing comprehensive legal and contractual guidance. The team was led by Renato Giallombardo, a partner and head of the Rome office, along with Luca Spagna and Gabriele Cianfanelli. On the other side, Deda Group benefited from the legal oversight of Gabriele Caruso, their general counsel.
