Catella APAM, a private equity firm, has furthered its success at Leeds Valley Park by securing a significant lease agreement with DIRICKX Systems Ltd, a company specializing in force protection solutions for the defence sector. DIRICKX Systems has taken possession of a new, state-of-the-art 43,836-square-foot warehouse at the strategically located industrial estate in Leeds, UK, which enhances their manufacturing capabilities to meet growing global demands. The lease contributes to Catella APAM's track record of successful transactions in the area, underscoring the ongoing demand for high-spec industrial spaces in West Yorkshire. The deal signifies a major development for DIRICKX, securing its long-term presence in Yorkshire and enabling it to maintain and expand its workforce. Advisory firms Carter Towler, Avison Young, and CBRE represented the landlord, while Knight Frank advised the tenant. The completion of this agreement leaves one remaining unit available at Leeds Valley Park.
