Dierre Group Fortifies Market Position With Werden Acquisition

Dierre Group, a portfolio company of Alto Partners active in the industrial automation sector, has acquired Werden, a leader in medium-light carpentry. The acquisition was facilitated with legal assistance from Lmcr, who managed the corporate aspects of the transaction. The Lmcr team included partners Roberto Rio and Elmar Zwick, supported by Marta Chiaffoni, Chiara Peroni, and Sharon Pedroni. Spada Partners, with Guido Sazbon, Francesco Podagrosi, and Maria Vincenza Brancaccio, handled the fiscal aspects of the deal, in collaboration with Dr. Lorenzo Leone and Dr.ssa Federica Caroli from Pincelli & Associati. Additionally, Antonio Zecca, Francesco De Buglio, and Pierdamiano Abbenante from Spada Partners conducted financial and accounting due diligence. Aloise & Partners assisted the sellers with negotiations, fiscal, and contractual elements. The acquisition allows Dierre Group to expand its product range while consolidating Werden's production strategy and customer culture.
