The acquisition involved the purchase of 100% of Bouygues Immobilier Polska's shares for EUR 65.9 million, enhancing Develia's residential units under development and land bank potential across key Polish cities like Warsaw, Pozna, and Wrocaw. Bouygues Immobilier Polska, active in Poland since 2001, has completed over 9,500 residential units across 70 projects. This acquisition follows Develia’s recent purchase of Nexity's Polish companies, also advised by Addleshaw Goddard.
