Develia Acquires Bouygues Immobilier Polska For EUR 66.5M

Addleshaw Goddard, a prominent law firm, has facilitated a strategic transaction for Develia S.A., one of Poland's leading real estate developers. The legal advisory firm guided Develia through the preliminary sale agreement to acquire Bouygues Immobilier Polska sp. z o.o., the Polish subsidiary of the major European developer, Bouygues Immobilier. The acquisition, agreed at EUR 66.5 million, allows Develia to fully purchase the subsidiary and gain control over its extensive portfolio of residential projects. These include ongoing and secured new projects amounting to approximately 4,100 residential units, situated in key Polish cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, and Poznań. This strategic acquisition, involving a host of legal practice areas such as real estate, M&A, antitrust, and employment, was led by a comprehensive team from Addleshaw Goddard.
