Dba Group, an Euronext Growth Milan-listed company specializing in ICT solutions for mission-critical infrastructure management, has acquired a 60% stake in Spanish engineering firm Proyectos IFG. The acquisition was facilitated by Dba's operational subsidiary, Dba Pro, and the total consideration for the stake is €2.8 million, to be financed through a combination of bank loans and internal resources. Dentons provided legal counsel to Dba Group, with a team led by Alessandro Dubini and Marco Martinelli. Spanish law advice was rendered by Crowe. Proyectos IFG was advised by the Spanish consulting firm Martin&Ramos Consultores.
