Dayglow, known for its curated selection of exclusive coffees and innovative collaborations, operates locations in Chicago and California, and has expanded its footprint with a craft brewery and taproom called Niteglow in Brooklyn, New York. The company recently collaborated with Netflix’s Chef's Table, further showcasing its reputation for quality. Michael Quatrini, CEO of Capital Q Ventures, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, praising Dayglow’s dedication to exceptional coffee experiences. Dayglow is led by a family team—Tohm, Philippe, and Jonny Ifergan—each of whom brings unique industry expertise.
