The Davis Companies has acquired a 308,970 square foot Class A advanced research and development and manufacturing facility located at 100 Minuteman Park in Andover, MA. This acquisition adds to Davis's growing portfolio of premium properties in tier 1 locations across the greater Boston region and the country. The facility currently serves as the headquarters for Straumann Manufacturing Inc. and Zwicker & Associates, two tenants with a longstanding presence at the site. Straumann specializes in dental implants and uses the facility for manufacturing and distributing its products in the Americas, while Zwicker focuses on debt collections and creditor representation. The building, known for its exceptional infrastructure, includes state-of-the-art amenities like a fitness center and ample power supply, offering considerable utility for its tenants.
