Daniel Cormack Takes Helm At Calder Electrical and Scotbuild in GEG Capital Expansion

In a strategic move to reinforce its presence in the construction and electrical sectors, GEG Capital, an Inverness-based investment group, has acquired two Highland contractors: Calder Electrical and Scotbuild. These acquisitions have enabled GEG Capital to enhance its portfolio, retaining all 55 staff members from both companies and appointing Daniel Cormack, a seasoned leader from within the group, as the managing director for both firms. Cormack, a graduate of GEG Capital's Emerging Leaders Programme, brings 15 years of experience into his new role and sees this development as an opportunity to advance growth and services in the Highlands.
