Transwestern Real Estate Services announced that Dalfen Industrial's I-94 Distribution Center has achieved full occupancy with two new, long-term lease agreements. ABC Supply Co., Inc. has leased nearly 50,000 square feet of indoor space and 1.5 acres of outdoor space, while UPAC2 has taken up over 66,000 square feet. The strategic location in Rogers, Minnesota benefits both tenants with excellent access to major highways. The tenants faced challenges related to power supply and infrastructure, but collaborative efforts from Dalfen and project partners facilitated the completion of the leases. This marks a key expansion for both companies in the region, with move-ins planned for early 2025 following power upgrades and other renovations.
