Cyberfort Acquires ZDL Group to Bolster Cybersecurity Services

Berkshire-based Cyberfort, backed by Palatine, has acquired London-based ZDL Group in a move to significantly expand its operations and reach within the cybersecurity services sector. Cyberfort, a leading provider of managed IT services to mid-market UK companies, seeks to become the UK’s largest independent cybersecurity service provider in the next three years. The acquisition of ZDL Group, which brings an international, multi-sector customer base of more than 120 clients and a team of over 40 skilled cybersecurity professionals, will enhance Cyberfort’s capabilities in serving both UK and international commercial customers. Cyberfort’s CEO, Glen Williams, views this strategic acquisition as pivotal to the company's growth, positioning it to increase market share through organic growth and further strategic acquisitions. ZDL Group’s managing director, Kevin Roberts, expressed enthusiasm for the merger, highlighting the broad range of cybersecurity services now accessible to their clientele, which will aid in maintaining high security standards in a complex cybersecurity landscape.
