CVC Capital Partners has successfully closed its Strategic Opportunities III fund with commitments totaling €4.61 billion. This amount is consistent with the size of its predecessor, Strategic Opportunities II, and reflects an increased number of investors participating in the strategy. The CVC Strategic Opportunities platform focuses on high-quality, stable companies with an attractive risk-return profile and a long-term investment horizon, primarily in Europe and North America. This approach allows CVC to amplify value-creation initiatives and collaborate with founder families or foundations seeking capital and operational resources.
