CUBE Acquires Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence

CUBE, a leader in automated regulatory intelligence and regulatory change management, has finalized the acquisition of Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence and Oden, as of December 31, 2024. This strategic move is part of CUBE’s ongoing expansion and growth strategy. Over the past year, CUBE has taken significant steps to extend its global footprint, including forming a strategic partnership with Hg, acquiring Reg-Room, and making crucial appointments to its board of directors and management team. The acquisition will enable CUBE to provide comprehensive services to a larger global client base, now expanded to approximately 1,000 clients across the banking, insurance, asset management, investment, and adjacent regulatory sectors. This acquisition complements CUBE’s continued organic growth and marks another milestone in its strategy to enhance its AI capabilities and deliver innovative solutions in regulatory compliance and risk management. The company has also grown significantly, now serving 200 enterprise clients and nearly 800 SME clients, with operational hubs across six major global locations.
