MARK Capital Management, through its urban logistics strategy called Crossbay, has acquired significant logistics assets in Berlin. The acquisition includes a 45,000 sqm fully-let warehouse and a 38,000 sqm adjacent plot, with plans to develop a sustainable 23,000 sqm warehouse. This strategic acquisition is complemented by Crossbay’s in-house asset management capabilities and is viewed as pivotal for their German portfolio. Located in the prominent Berlin-Brandenburg logistics hub, the new development aims for DGNB Gold certification, with completion scheduled for 2027.
