Concord Servicing Achieves Successful Exit, Marking First Sale for Inverness Graham's Fund

Inverness Graham Investments IV has successfully exited its investment in Concord Servicing, a U.S.-based firm that provides software solutions and administrative services for credit management, facilitating easier management of credit portfolios for lenders and borrowers. Concord's offerings include payment processing and receivables management, significantly reducing administrative load and minimizing default risks. Since its acquisition by Inverness Graham in February 2022, Concord underwent a transformation involving the modernization of its proprietary software platform, expansion of its addressable market through product innovations, and execution of operational improvements, all culminating in the more than 2.5 times increase in its EBITDA. Concord serves as a market leader in special credit services for sectors like home renovation, solar energy, and state energy programs. The exit generated a return of $1.9 million US dollars, distributing proceeds to affiliated funds including several series of RWB International and RWB Direct Return funds.
