Colman’s of Aysgarth purchased by Wakefields with Hay & Kilner's guidance

Hay & Kilner LLP, a prominent North East law firm, provided crucial legal assistance to Peter and Teresa Wakefield in their acquisition of Colman’s of Aysgarth, a hospitality and leisure business situated in the Yorkshire Dales. The acquisition marks a significant career shift for the Wakefields, who were previously in the dentistry field. The property, a picturesque site covering 1.7 acres, includes a touring caravan park and a residential guesthouse, positioned strategically near local attractions such as Aysgarth Falls. Peter and their son, Harry, will manage the operations of the guesthouse and campsite, respectively.
