Colin Moroney Rises to Senior Associate at Northstar Capital

Northstar Capital LLC, a private equity firm, has announced the promotion of Colin Moroney to the position of Senior Associate, effective January 2025. Moroney, who has advanced from his previous role as Associate, will continue to play an active role in portfolio management, monitoring activities, and due diligence processes for new investment opportunities. In addition to this promotion, Northstar Capital has also welcomed Audrey Siedlecki as an Office Administrator. Joining in September 2024, Siedlecki is tasked with maintaining the efficiency of daily operations at Northstar Capital while supporting various internal teams, including Managing Partners, Marketing, and Accounting. Her appointment follows over a decade of experience in people and process management. Siedlecki joins the firm with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and has worked previously as a Regional Leadership Development Specialist for Orangetheory Fitness.
