Cohere Health Secures $90 Million in Series C Funding

Cohere Health, a leading clinical intelligence company specializing in AI-powered prior authorization solutions, has successfully completed a $90 million Series C funding round. This round was led by Temasek and saw participation from notable investors such as Deerfield Management, Define Ventures, Flare Capital Partners, Longitude Capital, and Polaris Partners. The funding increases Cohere's total investment to $200 million. The fresh capital will propel the expansion of the Cohere Unify platform, extend its applications to new clinical use cases, and enhance its AI-powered product offerings. With a network of nearly 600,000 providers and facilitating over 12 million prior authorization requests yearly, Cohere’s technology enables faster and more efficient collaboration between health plans and providers.
