Cogefeed Secures Joint Venture to Develop Photovoltaic Plants

Alternative Capital Partners Sgr, through its Sustainable Securities Fund (Ssf), has entered into a joint venture with Cogefeed to develop small to medium-sized greenfield photovoltaic plants. Cogefeed, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan since November 2024 and specializing in renewable energy, will be assisted by BeCap in financial aspects for the venture. This collaboration establishes a new holding company, Cogefeed Impact, with a 55% stake owned by Cogefeed and 45% by Acp Sgr. The partnership involves a financial commitment from Acp Sgr of up to 4.9 million euros, with construction anticipated to start by September 30, 2025, and operations commencing in the first half of 2026. The project expects to generate around 6.4 MWp of photovoltaic capacity, primarily in the Italian regions of Marche and Basilicata, contributing to significant CO2 emission reductions. Management from both companies expressed enthusiasm for the venture, highlighting its alignment with sustainability and energy transition goals.
