Tendercapital, an Irish alternative investment fund manager with a focus on sustainable infrastructure projects, has acquired Cobra Green Hyperscale, a Rome-based company specializing in the installation, design, and supply of photovoltaic plants for electricity production. Cobra Green Hyperscale also holds a project for a 100 MW energy-neutral data center and associated 60 MW of photovoltaic fields. The selling company was NV Holding.
