Norton Rose Fulbright's affiliate, Pekin Bayar Mizrahi, has advised Cleversoft Group on the acquisition of the regtech company, Fineksus, from sellers Ahmet Vefik Dincer and Mehmet Ali Tombalak. Cleversoft Group, expanding its footprint in the financial technology sector, capitalized on Fineksus' capabilities in financial messaging and AML solutions across Turkiye and the Middle East. The team at Pekin Bayar Mizrahi comprising Senior Partner Ferhat Pekin, Partner Senem Golge Yalcin, and Associate Selin Ivit provided legal support for this acquisition.
