This acquisition is notable for its size and scope, expanding CleanCapital's portfolio to include over 350 operating and under-construction solar and storage assets. The portfolio, which covers 13 U.S. states, includes diverse rooftop and ground-mounted systems and services a range of municipal, university, school, hospital (MUSH) entities as well as commercial clients.
