Clarion Partners Expands Logistics Footprint in Poland with Dual Property Acquisition

Clarion Partners Europe, a real estate investment fund manager, has completed the acquisition of two Grade-A logistics properties near Gdansk, Poland, for approximately €59 million. The properties, totaling 78,486 square meters, were constructed in 2021 and 2022 and are fully leased to five tenants, with LPP, a major fashion retailer, as the principal tenant. Strategically situated in Pruszcz Gdanski, the site offers excellent access to the S6/S7 ring road, the E75/A1 motorway, and the Port of Gdansk, providing extensive connectivity. Clarion Partners Europe aims to expand its portfolio in the high-performing Polish market.
