Clarion Partners Europe Acquires Two Warehouses in Pruszcz Gdanski

Clarion Partners Europe, a significant player in the logistics property investment and management sector across Europe, has successfully acquired two warehouses located in Pruszcz Gdanski, situated near Gdansk and the S6 expressway in Poland. The acquisition was advised by international law firm Linklaters, with Rymarz Zdort Maruta representing the sellers, who remain undisclosed but are recognized as a Poland-focused logistics platform. These warehouses cover a total leasable area of 78,486 square meters and are entirely occupied by a diverse mix of tenants. The advisory team from Linklaters was led by National Managing Partner Janusz Dzianachowski and included a proficient group comprising Partner Marta Domino, Managing Associates Ewa Sinkiewicz and Michal Nocon, along with Senior Associate Jan Jurga and Associates Maksymilian Hau, Marcin Woloszyn, and Przemyslaw Sanka.
