This strategic acquisition will boost Clario's capabilities, particularly in neuroscience, by adding WCG's scientific and operational expertise in neurology, psychiatry, neuropathic pain, and rare diseases. Clario's CEO, Chris Fikry, stated that the acquisition aligns with the company’s mission to transform lives through actionable evidence.
