Cicor Closes Acquisition, Strengthens in Germany

Cicor Group, a Swiss-based leader in electronic solutions, has completed the acquisition of Profectus GmbH, a German provider of electronic module and system development services. This strategic acquisition allows Cicor to further solidify its presence in Germany, the largest electronics market in Europe. Profectus GmbH, prized for its state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure, generated sales of approximately EUR 25 million in the last fiscal year. The acquisition is seen as a significant milestone in Cicor's growth strategy, enabling it to enhance its service offerings and market penetration across Europe while maintaining the existing workforce and facilities in Suhl, Germany.
