CI Capital Asset Management, a subsidiary of CI Capital Holding, has launched Misr Green, Egypt's inaugural open-ended sustainable equity fund. The fund is the country's first sustainable fund available on Egyptian banking platforms, with subscription opening on June 18 through CI Capital Securities Brokerage. The fund aims to invest in the 30 best-performing companies on the Egyptian Exchange selected for their ESG standards across various sectors such as financial services and healthcare. The fund seeks to mirror the index's performance with a high correlation, part of CI Capital's strategy to offer impact-driven investment products. This is CI Capital's third index-tracking product, following other funds released in 2022.
