Chambers Appointed Head of Technology & Commercial Transactions at Travers Smith

Travers Smith LLP has appointed Louisa Chambers as the new Head of Technology & Commercial Transactions, effective from January 1, 2025. Louisa, who has extensive expertise in technology, data law, and intellectual property, will take over from Dan Reavill, who will remain as a partner in the firm. Louisa's practice focuses particularly on technology, retail, financial services, and automotive sectors, and she provides advisory services on technology transactions, IP agreements, and data/privacy law compliance. The Technology & Commercial Transactions team at Travers Smith consists of 27 lawyers, including five partners. Both Louisa and the firm's Managing Partner, Edmund Reed, expressed enthusiasm about the new appointment and the future success of the team.
