CDTI Commits Over €1 Billion in Venture Capital Funds Through Innvierte

El CDTI Innovación, an entity under the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities, has committed substantial financial resources to promote technological and innovative growth in Spain. Through its Innvierte program, CDTI Innovación has set aside over €1,000 million in participation portfolios across 17 venture capital funds and 28 co-investments. This initiative aligns with Spain's 2021-2027 Science, Technology, and Innovation Strategy, aiming to bolster R&D efforts across multiple stages of company maturity and sectors such as bio-health, information and communication technology (ICT), industry, and energy.
