Sheffield-based CC33 Global, a customer services and technology firm, is poised to introduce an AI development team following its acquisition by London-based iCXperience Group. The acquisition aims to inject a £15 million investment into CC33 Global, poised to double the company's turnover, alongside a separate £1 million boost specifically targeting operational innovation. As part of this strategic development, CC33 Global will open up to 20 new positions for software professionals, including programmers and software architects, to craft bespoke AI technologies for handling its extensive volume of 35 million annual calls. The initiative heralds a new era for CC33 Global under the leadership of Managing Director Paul Fletcher, who envisions the enhancement of the company's agent experience and service offerings through AI.
