These properties, located in Nuremberg, Mainz, and Iserlohn, cover a total area of 15,163 m² and are equipped to cater to logistics needs with parking spaces for lorries, vans, and cars. Acquired from a DWS real estate fund, the buildings were constructed in 2016 and are currently leased to Deutsche Post. The properties function as essential last-mile cross-dock sorting and delivery bases, underscoring Catella’s strategic investment into logistics infrastructure pivotal for modern supply chains.
