Catella Investment Management Completes Acquisition in Hanover

Catella Investment Management (CIM), a subsidiary of Catella AB, has completed the acquisition of two new residential buildings in Hanover, Germany. These buildings comprise 154 apartments, including both privately financed and subsidized units, as well as commercial spaces and a daycare center. The project aligns with the KfW-55 energy efficiency standard and adheres to CER's ESG strategy. The development is strategically located in Hanover's Kronsrode area, offering excellent public transport links and promoting sustainable mobility with facilities for bicycles and car-sharing services. The acquisition underscores Catella's commitment to sustainable and socially responsible real estate investments in key growth regions. With assets under management totaling approximately EUR 10 billion, CIM continues to focus on residential, mixed-use, parking, and logistics properties across Europe.
