Carson Group, a major player in the wealth advisory industry with over $42 billion in assets under management, has made a significant acquisitive advancement by introducing Wambolt & Associates into its fold. Wambolt & Associates, founded by industry veteran Greg Wambolt in 2010, manages about $570 million in assets and is recognized for investment solutions catering to high-net-worth clients. The acquisition allows Carson Group to bolster its presence in Colorado and extend its resources to the clientele of Wambolt & Associates. According to Greg Wambolt, the merger offers clients access to more specialized resources without compromising the personalized service they are accustomed to. Carson Group's SVP of M&A, Michael Belluomini, highlighted the strategic fit that Wambolt’s team offers, underscoring a shared vision of supporting the next generation of financial advisors. The acquisition illustrates Carson's continued growth strategy which focuses on building partnerships with independent advisory firms across the U.S. Carson Group aims to help these firms grow by providing strategic resources and centralized service capabilities.
