CapMan Real Estate, through its Nordic Real Estate III fund, has signed an agreement with Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe AB to acquire a brownfield logistics development project situated in Mölndal, near Gothenburg, Sweden. The project involves demolishing outdated industrial buildings to construct a modern logistics facility aligned with the EU taxonomy. The facility will offer around 43,000 m2 of high-quality logistics space, intended to be operational by the summer of 2026. CapMan Real Estate aims for the upgraded development to achieve BREEAM-SE v.6 New construction certification at the 'Excellent' level and an energy performance rating of B. CapMan Real Estate's investment strategy focuses on high-demand logistics spaces, with this project marking the 6th investment in Sweden for the CMNRE III fund.
