This acquisition, finalized after regulatory approvals, boosts Capgemini’s ability to deliver data-driven digital transformation projects, especially large-scale SAP-related initiatives like migrations to SAP S/4HANA. The integration brings Syniti’s team of over 1,200 data experts into Capgemini, further strengthening the group’s data capabilities.
