This acquisition marks a pivotal step for Cango as it embarks on a broader diversification strategy focusing on energy infrastructure and developing an integrated portfolio of mining sites. Previously hosting Cango's miners under a third-party agreement, this facility will now support both self-mining operations and third-party hosting services.
