Ca’ Zampa, a subsidiary of investment firm Nextalia and an active player in the veterinary healthcare sector, has expanded its network through the acquisition of three veterinary clinics: Cliniche Veterinarie Pinerolesi, Centro Chirurgico Veterinario Campanale, and Clinica Veterinaria Vigna Clara. This strategic move forms part of Ca’ Zampa's growth strategy across Italy. Fivers Studio Legale e Tributario served as the legal advisor for Ca’ Zampa, handling all legal and contractual matters for the acquisitions. The legal team, led by partner Renato Giallombardo, played a vital role in navigating the complexities of the transaction. The acquisition follows Ca’ Zampa's earlier purchase of a 100% stake in Bluvet, an Italian veterinary clinic group, from F&P Equity Partners and Nb Aurora Sicaf-Raif, with Nb Aurora reinvesting in the new group alongside other investors.
