Burtville Developments Achieves 50% Completion on Flagship Ville 11 Project

Burtville Developments has reached a significant construction milestone on its flagship real estate project, Ville 11, in Abu Dhabi’s Masdar City, with 50% completion. The project launched in January 2024 and has achieved rapid progress, showcasing Burtville's robust construction capabilities and stable financial position. Initially planned for a third quarter 2027 handover, the completion is now anticipated for the second quarter of 2026, reflecting increasing buyer confidence and strong demand in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, predominantly from foreign investors.
