Bureau Veritas Acquires Contec AQS, Exenet, and PMPI Solutions

Bureau Veritas Italia Holding, a subsidiary of the French group Bureau Veritas SA listed on Euronext Paris, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Contec AQS Ambiente Qualit Sicurezza and its subsidiaries Exenet and PMPI Solutions. These companies offer integrated services in building and infrastructure design and management, along with consultancy in environmental, health, and safety matters to large infrastructure operators and private manufacturing companies. Arché Advisor and Deloitte were key advisors in this transaction. Arché Advisor's team was led by partner Anna Sala and associate Nicolò Andreucci. Deloitte carried out financial, accounting, tax, and payroll due diligence for the sellers with a team led by partner Paolo Cosentino. BonelliErede advised the sellers on intellectual property, labor, and golden power aspects, while RP legalitax represented the buyer for legal due diligence and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to golden power regulations.
