Bouygues Telecom has acquired La Poste Telecom, France's leading mobile virtual network operator, from La Poste Group and SFR. This transaction significantly increases Bouygues Telecom's customer base by 2.4 million and includes an exclusive distribution agreement with La Poste Group and La Banque Postale. With this acquisition, La Poste Telecom becomes a subsidiary of Bouygues Telecom, bringing 400 employees and a yearly revenue of over 300 million euros to the group.
