Bolzoni, a company specializing in the design, production, and marketing of forklift attachments and industrial handling solutions, has acquired the entire share capital of Valmar, a firm engaged in the production and sale of masts and special attachments for forklifts and automatic guided vehicles (AGVs). Deloitte provided comprehensive support to Bolzoni's Global Legal Director, Massimiliano Caforio, with a multidisciplinary team throughout the acquisition process. The Deloitte Legal team, led by Giorgio Mariani, Global head of M&A, carried out the legal due diligence. Deloitte Financial Advisory, headed by Paolo Cosentino, performed financial due diligence, while STS Deloitte, under the coordination of Elisa Pasqui, handled the tax due diligence. The acquisition highlights a strategic move in the industrial equipment sector, with Deloitte's expertise ensuring a smooth transaction.
