The acquisition includes Biokosmes, an Italian skincare manufacturer, along with Venture Life Manufacturing AB, a holding company with subsidiaries in Sweden. The deal, valued at 62 million euros, also comprises a package of products and commercial agreements. The transaction, which sees BioDue expand its reach into medical devices and cosmetics, is in line with Riverside's focus on the intersection of healthcare and consumer products. As part of the terms, Venture Life Group will enter into a long-term manufacturing agreement with BioDue.
