Billesley Manor Joins Marriott's Tribute Portfolio

Keystone Law, through its hospitality partner Alyona Antonenko, has successfully advised the owner of Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa on franchise arrangements with Marriott International. This strategic move allows the hotel to join Marriott's Tribute Portfolio, a growing collection of unique, independent hotels around the world. The hotel, located in Warwickshire and renowned for its historical significance as the place where William Shakespeare wrote 'As You Like It,' has undergone significant rebranding. The deal, concluded in Q4 2024, involved coordinating a management agreement with TROO Hospitality as the operator alongside Marriott for franchise inclusion. This move is expected to revitalize the hotel's appeal, fostering a mix of continuous and new patronage under the fresh Tribute Portfolio branding. Shashank Bhagat, Chairman of Bi Group, expressed optimism about the transformation and the potential for a renewed guest experience. Meanwhile, Alyona Antonenko highlighted the seamless transition into the Tribute Portfolio, indicative of a promising future for the historically rich property.
