This acquisition enhances BigTime's platform by integrating WorkRails' capabilities, offering a comprehensive solution that supports project management, resource management, financial forecasting, and sales automation. The merger is designed to streamline operations and boost profitability for professional services firms by providing a unified solution from sales quoting to invoicing. This strategic move aligns with BigTime's effort to enhance its offerings through acquisitions, which include prior takeovers of ProjectorPSA and Primetric. The transaction details remain confidential, although key leadership from WorkRails will join BigTime in strategic roles.
