Bianalisi Secures €470 Million Funding to Fuel Expansion

The global investment firm Carlyle and Arcmont Asset Management, known for their expertise in European private credit asset management, have signed a EUR 470 million financing deal to support Bianalisi. Bianalisi, an independent integrated healthcare diagnostics platform in Italy, will leverage these funds to further its market consolidation goals and refinance existing debt. With a significant presence across 13 Italian regions, Bianalisi's services include laboratory clinical diagnostics, outpatient care, and imaging diagnostics. Under CEO Giovanni Gianolli, and with support stemming back to a 2021 investment by Charme Capital Partners, Bianalisi aims to continue its growth trajectory, which has already witnessed over 60 acquisitions. Legal support for the financiers came from Dentons, with particular involvement from Arcmont and Carlyle Global Credit Investment Management funds. Carlyle's Nicola Falcinelli and Arcmont's Vanni Mario Zanchi both expressed their commitment to backing Bianalisi's efforts in bolstering the Italian healthcare market.
