Better Choice Company, Inc., a leader in pet health and wellness, announced its intent to acquire Choice Specialty Pharmacy Group, enhancing its healthcare presence in the U.S. Under a binding Letter of Intent, Better Choice aims to secure 100% of Choice Specialty for a consideration based on 6 times the latter's FY2024 Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $4.68 million, combining cash and stock at closing. Choice Specialty Pharmacy will integrate into Better Choice's healthcare service strategy, leveraging its U.S. sterile compounding facility.
