BEST Merges with Kredyt Inkaso in Strategic Deal

Rymarz Zdort Maruta, Baker McKenzie, and Clifford Chance have advised on the merger of Polish financial services company BEST and debt management service provider Kredyt Inkaso. BEST will acquire all of Kredyt Inkaso's assets at a share exchange ratio of 0.67537 per KISA share. An investment and pre-merger agreement was established between BEST and Waterland, the majority shareholder of Kredyt Inkaso, and with BEST’s majority shareholders and management board members, Krzysztof Borusowski and Marek Kucner.
