Berlin Packaging Completes Acquisition of Sarom Packaging and Romgallia

Berlin Packaging, the world's largest hybrid packaging supplier, has successfully acquired Sarom Packaging and Romgallia, both based in Romania. Sarom Packaging, established in 1992, specializes in glass packaging for the food and beverage sectors, particularly wine bottles and closures. The company also offers design and integrated packaging solutions to its clientele across Romania and Eastern Europe. Romgallia, since its inception in 1999, has provided specialized packaging solutions to the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries in the same regions. This acquisition amplifies Berlin Packaging’s operations in Eastern Europe and enriches its glass product offerings for diverse end markets. Both Jacques-Edouard Savoiu and Paul-Eugne Savoiu, leaders of Sarom Packaging and Romgallia, expressed enthusiasm about the merger, emphasizing the shared commitment to enhanced quality standards.
